As a General Manager, you’ll oversee one of our bakery locations, responsible for staffing, scheduling, production, inventory management, and customer service. You will lead a team of 15-35, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional customer experiences.

1-3 years of management experience in food and beverage, quick-service restaurants, or bakery settings.

Strong financial management skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Hands-on leadership with strong communication and organizational abilities.

ServeSafe Ohio Manager Level II certification (or ability to obtain).

Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, and POS systems like WhenIWork, Workstream, and Slack is a plus.
