Job Summary
Join our dynamic fulfillment team as a Fulfillment Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the seamless processing of customer orders. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment with precision and efficiency along side customer service emails

Duties
- Operate warehouse equipment such as manual handling tools to load, unload, and transport inventory safely and efficiently
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment
- Conduct inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation to maintain accuracy
- Prepare products for shipping by packaging items securely according to safety and quality standards
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound/outbound shipments and ensuring proper documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, sorting materials, and adhering to safety protocols including PPE use
- Support warehouse distribution activities through order fulfillment, quality control checks, and load/unload operations using heavy equipment as needed
- Answer customer service emails
Skills
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems for accurate order processing
- Knowledge of order picker techniques, packing procedures, and materials handling best practices
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safety guidelines
- Strong understanding of shipping & receiving protocols along with safety protocol adherence in a warehouse setting
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying quantities accurately
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
