We are seeking a highly qualified Site Safety Coordinator with OSHA 510 certification to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs aligned with OSHA standards and OSHA 510 requirements to ensure regulatory compliance .
- Lead safety training sessions for construction personnel, emphasizing risk management strategies and proper use of safety equipment.
- Investigate incidents and accidents thoroughly; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to integrate safety protocols into project planning and execution phases.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance documentation using construction management software.
- Attend pre construction and site safety meetings
Skills & Requirements
- Have OSHA 510 Certification
- Experience in the construction field or a degree in safety
- Familiarity with Origami software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train teams, conduct inspections, and report findings clearly.
- Ability to assess hazards promptly, develop mitigation strategies, and foster a culture of compliance across diverse teams.
