Duties
- Provide a wide range of esthetic services
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments tailored to their individual needs
- Uphold sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Certified or Licensed Esthetician with active credentials
- Must provide a portfolio of experience***
- Full comprehension and understanding of customer experience and service.
- Proven experience in performing esthetic treatments!
- Strong knowledge of color theory, anatomy relevant to skin and facial structures, and infection control practices
- Sales Experience is required!*
- Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
