Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator ensures Waring product information, marketing content, sales materials, and launch assets are accurate, current, and delivered on time across internal systems, customer platforms, and digital channels.
This organized, detail-oriented early-career marketer manages multiple systems, priorities, and deadlines while supporting cross-functional product launches and channel initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Information & Specification Management
- Create and maintain product specification sheets, data sheets, sell sheets, and related materials.
- Partner with Product Management and Marketing to verify features, benefits, specifications, and descriptions are consistent across catalogs, websites, AutoQuotes, Salsify, Digital Asset Libraries, retailer platforms, and other customer touchpoints.
Data & Systems Administration
- Support new SKU setup and maintain accurate product master data across ERP, PIM, Salsify, AutoQuotes, CRM, and internal databases.
- Audit systems and customer platforms; coordinate data uploads, launch forms, retailer templates, and product content submissions.
- Maintain product data and launch trackers; follow up on missing information and deadlines.
Packaging, Artwork & Documentation Coordination
- Track packaging artwork, inserts, labels, instruction books, and related documentation through revision and approval.
- Draft and proof approved content; manage formatting, routing, version control, and final uploads to websites, customer portals, and internal systems.
Catalog & Sales Material Development
- Support Waring, Hospitality, and Laboratory catalogs by collecting and proofreading product specifications, photography, features, benefits, and descriptions.
- Coordinate revisions and assist with brochures, flyers, sell sheets, presentations, launch kits, and other sales enablement materials.
Marketing & Digital Content Support
- Upload and maintain approved content in Salsify, Waring web platforms, and customer systems.
- Coordinate retailer and distributor updates, resolve content issues, and support eCommerce audits.
- Organize photography, video, logos, documents, asset libraries, project files, trackers, and status reports.
Product Launch Support
- Coordinate launch deliverables, content readiness, documentation, assets, specifications, pricing, and supporting materials.
- Maintain checklists, trackers, timelines, approvals, communications, content deployment, and distribution of approved customer-facing materials.
Sales & Channel Support
- Support dealer, distributor, rep, and sales team requests for approved product information, sales materials, and marketing assets.
- Prepare, distribute, and track approved launch communications, pricing updates, promotions, and sales bulletins.
- Coordinate samples and presentation assets for meetings, events, and training; maintain current, accessible channel content libraries.
Workflow & Process Administration
- Maintain workflows, approval routing, request forms, documentation standards, operating procedures, asset libraries, file organization, version control, and retention.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, visibility, and cross-functional communication.
Project Coordination & General Marketing Support
- Manage assigned projects, timelines, approvals, meetings, action items, and status updates.
- Support trade shows, customer events, product training, competitive research, reporting, and other departmental needs.
- Assist GM in tracking action items and timing from ongoing engagement surveys.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- One to three years of relevant experience; qualifying internships may count.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn multiple data, content, and workflow systems.
Preferred
- Experience with PIM, ERP, CRM, digital asset management, or content syndication platforms; Salsify or AutoQuotes is a plus.
- Experience supporting eCommerce content, launches, catalogs, packaging, or sales materials in foodservice, hospitality, commercial equipment, consumer products, or B2B manufacturing.

- Product information, assets, systems, and customer platforms remain accurate, complete, consistent, and current.
- Launch, catalog, content, and documentation projects meet established deadlines.
- Stakeholder requests, project files, trackers, and version control are managed promptly and effectively.

Environmental Factors:
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
- This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
