Our bakery is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, but it's also a place where we genuinely enjoy coming to work. We put a lot of thought into building a team of people who are kind, dependable, and fun to be around.
Our team includes people in all different stages of life, and we love that mix. We care a lot more about finding the right person than fitting a certain mold. We also care deeply about creating a workplace where people enjoy showing up, feel supported, and look forward to their shifts.
Prior barista experience is strongly preferred. We'll happily teach you our recipes and systems, but you should already feel comfortable pulling espresso shots, steaming milk, and working efficiently during a rush.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term—not just for a season.
LOCATIONS
Lehi (Primary Hiring Need)
-Training begins in late August
-*Hours ramp up when we open in mid-September*
Millcreek
-We're also hiring for our Millcreek location, with a similar start timeline.
SCHEDULE
We're currently hiring for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.
Weekdays (Tuesday–Friday): 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Weekends (Saturday–Sunday): 8:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be the face of The Dough Lady—welcoming customers, making espresso drinks, and helping the bakery run smoothly during busy rushes.
Responsibilities include:
-Making espresso drinks
-Taking customer orders
-Keeping the bakery clean (dishes, wiping surfaces, restocking, etc.)
-Jumping in wherever needed to support the team
