JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Program Management support to PMA266’s MQ-9A Reaper Sustainment Integrated Product Team (IPT) in support of Organic Maintenance Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL).

Prepare acquisition documents IAW DoD 5000.2 requirements.

Enter Program Initiation Document (PID) in Program Management Tool (PMT) to include PID Purchase Request (PR) Worksheets, Statement of Work, and Request for Proposal, Technical Evaluations, Support Agreements and Funding Documents. To include, tracking and updating PID reports, PID PR packages and Support Agreement tracking for Continental United States (CONUS), Outside Continental U.S (OCONUS), and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPAYCOM) Locations. Collaborate with the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) team ensure contract requirements are aligned with CLS contract efforts ramping down and the MQ-9A Organic Maintenance capabilities requirements are phasing-in.

Track Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) and UAS modification programs as it is related to Organic Maintenance capabilities and Engineering Logistics Support.

Draft programmatic documentation such as Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issue sheets, Over and Above Work Request (OAWR), Contract Funding to include OMN (OP20) and Mission and Other Flight Operations (1A1A) funding, Aircraft Procurement, Navy (APN) dollars.

Update Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) to support team. Work with Teams to prepare and review program reports and briefs.

Work with IPTL and Contracts to ensure modifications and delivery orders are being funded and executed in a timely manner.

Work with IPTL and Contracts to ensure CLINs are established and exercised before funds are obligated. Identify and track program risks and mitigations.

Work with the MQ-9A Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to develop and update the MQ-9A Organic and Sustainment projects tracking cost, schedule, and performance.
Minimum Required Experience:
-
BA/BS Degree in Business or related degree and 5-12 years of experience preparing logistics support documentation and source data, such as logistics operational management/user documents, integrated logistics support plans, user logistics support summaries, post-production support plans, and logistics implementation plans. Education may be substituted for equivalent years of relevant experience.

Implementing logistics plans, databases, and support files to support the fielding of new complex information systems or major modifications.

Applying logistics principles and methods to specialized logistics solutions. Performs logistics database management functions.

Performing logistics inventories and related logistics functions.

Works independently and leads the implementation of logistics discipline.
