We are seeking reliable, professional candidates with strong customer service skills who are ready to move quickly through our interview and onboarding process.
This position begins onsite in Harrisburg, PA, with the opportunity to transition to a remote/work-from-home role based on performance and attendance.
Pay: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Call Handling: Manage high-volume inbound calls regarding account inquiries, billing, and payments.
- Problem Resolution: Provide professional customer support and resolve complex account disputes.
- Data Entry: Update customer accounts in real-time while navigating multiple software systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
- Performance Metrics: Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience (Call Center experience highly preferred).
- Work History: Demonstrated reliability and a stable, consistent work history.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency and fast, accurate typing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle back-to-back calls and remain calm under pressure.
