Job Title: Front of the House Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Front of the House Manager to lead our FOH team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. We're looking for a manager who can work afternoon/ evening shifts that start around 3pm- leaving your mornings free to enjoy the lake, sunshine, and everything summer has to offer. You will be the "face" of the restaurant, maintaining a strong managerial presence on the floor to oversee daily operations, coordinate with the kitchen, and mentor staff. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a positive, professional culture.
