Very outgoing food and beverage loving staff wanted! Barista skills, cash register and counter service and legendary customer service to all customers is a must!
Applicants must be a true people person and have experience in busy, fast paced coffee bars, with cash handling.
Summary of key responsibilities, essential job functions and experience requirements include but are not limited to the following:
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Talula’s Table.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep the market operating to standard and to set a positive example for fellow coworkers.
- Has the ability to multitask and be self-motivated throughout a shift exemplifying great time management skills
- Good communications skills a must.
- Barista and/or restaurant serving experience
Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays and have reliable transportation. We are located in Kennett Square, PA - approximately 1 hour southwest of Philadelphia - no Philadelphia applications.
Excellent pay plus tips, health insurance negotiable; easy commute from West Chester, Wilmington, or Newark.
