Traffic Operations Technician/Transportation Technician || Knoxville, TN (Onsite) || Contract

Job Title: Transportation Technician

Location: Knoxville, TN (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Interview Process: First Video Than In Person

Key requirements:

Customer service experience (highly preferred)
Dispatch or call center experience (highly preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to monitor multiple computer systems and CCTV cameras
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook, email)
Experience with multi-line phone systems
Ability to multitask and make decisions with minimal supervision
Team-oriented with good problem-solving skills
Comfortable working overnight shifts on-site
