Four-Slide Operator – 1st Shift

R&L Spring Company is looking for a Four-Slide Operator to set up, run, and maintain machines that produce high-precision metal components. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing quality parts, we want to hear from you.

Set up and operate four-slide machines to cut, punch and form metal components

Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

Perform in-process inspections and adjust tooling as needed

Document production data and complete required paperwork

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience setting up and operating four-slide or similar forming machines preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Manufacturing or metal-forming machine experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions

Proficient with measuring tools and comfortable using tablets for data entry

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Regular standing, walking, and handling of materials

Able to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
