LPN EXTERN
Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients utilizing the nursing process within established standards and practices for assigned patients. Works under the direct supervision of an LPN or an RN. The supervising RN is responsible for duties beyond the scope of practice of the LPN or LPN Extern.
