Under direction of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in all phases of the on-site operation of a property including but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance of the physical property; to direct and control all personnel and resources to the end that the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation.
Must have LIHTC experience.
Yardi experience is a plus.
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience.
