Your Role:
- Deliver direct social work services to students individually or in small groups
- Conduct assessments to help identify student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and outside agencies to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Assist families in accessing community resources and support networks
- Document services delivered in accordance with school policies and best practices
- Contribute to IEP and 504 planning and meetings
- Promote a positive and inclusive school environment through ongoing support and training
