Industrial Custodian
Seeking a meticulous Industrial Custodian who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. This role is ideal for a self-starter who works independently and values consistency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the shop area
- Perform weekly cleaning of offices and restrooms
- Operate and maintain a Tennant walk-behind floor scrubber
- Sweep and vacuum detailed areas throughout the facility
- Collect, separate, and recycle metal chips, scrap, and cutting fluids
- Clean machines, filters, and machine sumps on a routine basis
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
- Order and restock paper supplies
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous industrial cleaning experience is preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- High attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Dedication to maintaining a safe and organized environment
