Performs and documents cleaning, deodorization, and pack-out procedures accurately and efficiently, along with move out and pack outs. Lives Werner Restoration core values on a daily basis.

Reports to and receives direction from the Cleaning Division Estimators and Project Managers. May receive direction from other division project managers as needed on a projectbyproject basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

Follows all proper cleaning protocols.

Creates, updates, and maintains jobspecific paperwork, including but not limited to, emergency or repair authorizations; equipment logs; labor logs; daily psychrometric readings; moisture mapping; material logs; contents disposal forms, pack out inventory documentation, etc.

Climbs up and down ladders.

Performs general demolition.
Sets up containment areas.
Assist and produce each cleaning and pack-out job from start to finish as efficiently as possible
Completes projects on time and within budget, demonstrating good quality.
Communicates effectively and efficiently with all parties involved.
Reads, understands, and follows job sheets; reports changes in scope to the Project Manager.
Identifies long lead items and assists the Project Manager in ordering them at the proper time and within budget.
Assists in getting proposals and authorizations signed.
Places and removes yard signs and lockboxes.
Keeps job site clean and organized.
Works on multiple projects at the same time, in an efficient and organized method.
Keeps Company-issued vehicle clean, organized, and maintained.
Keeps Company-issued tools organized and well-maintained.
Follows all safety regulations and ensures the same of assigned apprentice and sub-contractors.
Cross-trains with other field areas in order to perform additional duties in emergency situations.
Undergoes training and/or certification requirements for machinery, forklifts, and potentially trauma situations.
Applies all safety rules and regulations to work efforts and prevents work hazards.
Understands, interprets, and applies pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations as they pertain to the position and restoration industry, including OSHA.
Manages crises as they occur.
Performs general administrative work as necessary, including preparing reports and correspondence, reviewing correspondence, copying and filing documents, entering computer data, and preparing spreadsheets, etc.
Provides exemplary customer services to clients, employees, and vendors.
Demonstrates a positive image of the Company to staff and clients; this shall include verbal and written communication, as well as visual presentation
Respects and maintains the confidentiality of company, client, and personnel information.
Attends professional trainings, as directed and appropriate for the position. Gathers approval for requested trainings that may provide benefit to the position.
Travels for work and educational events, including outside of the normal service area, requiring overnight stays, sometimes for an extended period of time.
