For locals (within 50 Miles):
W2 Local: $58/hr – Weekly payrate: $2,088
1099 Local: $60/hr – Weekly payrate: $2,160
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $ 57
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $ 2,052
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $ 22.39
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $ 806.04
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $ 1,245.96
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $60.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,160
Surgical Technologist (Surgical Tech) – OR
Job Summary:
Support surgeons and the operating room team by preparing instruments, maintaining a sterile field, and ensuring safe and efficient surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and supplies.
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments during procedures.
- Perform surgical counts before, during, and after procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the operating room for each case.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Surgical Tech experience required.
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and OR procedures.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
