What You’ll Do
The Credentialing Specialist keeps our providers cleared, enrolled, and ready to care for patients—no bottlenecks, no delays. This role owns credentialing and payer enrollment end-to-end and plays a critical part in how fast we grow and how smoothly we operate.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing for physicians and NPs
- Payer enrollment submissions, tracking, and approvals
- License, certification, and training verification—always accurate, always current
- Provider data across CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and payer portals
- Proactive management of expirations (nothing slips)
- Cross-team coordination to keep providers compliant and clinics live
- Audit and compliance support when needed
What You Bring
- 2+ years in provider credentialing and/or payer enrollment
- Solid understanding of Medicaid, CMS, and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on experience with CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and payer portals
- Organized, detail-driven, and relentless about follow-through
- Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Billing experience is a plus—not a must

Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
