Morning Baker / Line Cook
Weekly Schedule:
Wednesday and Thursday 5am-2pm, Friday 5am-9am, Sunday 8am-4pm

Responsibilities and Job Duties
- Producing breads, cakes, croissants, and dessert pastries- fresh daily.
- May be required to make pastry creams, Chantilly cream, ganache and glazes, baking croissants.
- Baking dozens of different scratch-made products
- Cook and prepare meals for guests. Work includes small plates, breakfast plates, entrées, sautée work, grilled sandwiches, soups, pastas, and salads.
- Work with a convection oven, burners, broiler, fryers, and panini grills.
- Speed and efficiency are of the utmost importance. Ability to multi-task and organizational structure.
- Follow and implement brand standards in regards to recipe, production, gourmet baking, plating and presentation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Culinary knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be passionate about excellence and constant improvement
- Able to stay calm and productive under pressure
Requirements
- 1-2 years in a restaurant position. Preferably 1+ years working with pastries/dessert.
- Experience in a high-volume setting or ability to adapt to it
