Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor digital industrial printers (Durst and related equipment) throughout production runs
- Load raw materials, set up print jobs, and ensure ink levels and system settings are optimized
- Conduct visual quality checks to ensure finished products meet exact design and color standards
- Perform routine daily care, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance on print equipment
- Collaborate closely with team members and production leads to hit daily output goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

- Technical Aptitude: Comfort using touchscreen interfaces, computers, and basic hand tools
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40–50 lbs comfortably during your shift
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required!)
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
