No prior experience is required.
We provide training and guidance throughout the licensing process for qualified candidates. Success in this role is driven by professionalism, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to serving clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals and families to discuss financial goals
- Educate clients on available financial and insurance solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Develop your client network through referrals and outreach
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Work independently with support from experienced mentors
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Professional, dependable, and coachable
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to obtain any required state licenses if not currently licensed
- Visa sponsorship is not available
Compensation
This position is commission-based. Compensation is based on individual production and applicable licensing.
