As a Private Duty Caregiver / Aide, you will be called to care when you’re needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you’ll provide one-on-one, in-home support that helps clients live safely and comfortably where they want to be—at home. You’ll deliver compassionate personal care and companionship that promotes dignity, independence, and peace of mind for clients and families.

As a Private Duty Caregiver, you will:
- Provide 1:1 personal care and support in the client’s home in accordance with the individualized plan of care
- Aide patient with safe mobility and transfers, light exercise, and fall-prevention routines as directed
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene
- Offer companionship and help with everyday routines such as meal preparation, medication reminders (as permitted), light housekeeping, and errand support; observe and report changes in condition to the supervisor
To qualify for a Private Duty Caregiver role with us, you will need:
- One (1) year of verifiable in-home care aide, caregiving, or personal care experience (private duty preferred)

CNA, STNA, HHA, or equivalent caregiver training preferred (not required for all cases)

Reliable and detail-oriented; able to follow a care plan and document service notes regarding the client’s status

Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance (depending on Private Duty Case)
