We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Fence Laborer to join our growing team. If you take pride in doing quality work, have a strong work ethic, and are willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and repair of residential and commercial fencing.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Dig post holes, set posts, mix concrete, and install fence panels and gates.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow company standards to ensure every project is completed correctly—not just quickly.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of similar construction or fence installation experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable.
- Honest, respectful, and of good character.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
