- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies to support daily operations
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings or events
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, ensuring client communication is clear and friendly
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Demonstrated experience in office management or administrative roles, including calendar management and office support tasks
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Strong typing skills along with proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in all communications
