Piccolo Morini is the latest concept from Altamarea Group — the award-winning hospitality firm behind Marea, Ai Fiori, and 53 — bringing a fresh energy to SoHo with a menu rooted in handcrafted pasta and Italian small plates. Responsibilities include:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and high-level service to all guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
- Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including food, wine, and beverage offerings
- Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations
- Maintain a warm, engaging, and professional presence on the floor
- Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service
- Accurately take and input orders, ensuring timing and delivery standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and stations
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to all requests
- Uphold Altamarea Group service standards and hospitality values
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and urgency
Requirements:
- Open availability and ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment preferred
- Strong passion for hospitality and guest service
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented demeanor
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
