Suite Match is a woman-owned travel company based in Williamsburg, Virginia, specializing in vacation ownership rentals. We help Club Wyndham owners maximize the value of their ownership by renting unused accommodations to travelers seeking spacious resort vacations at exceptional values.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel reservations from booking through guest arrival.
- Communicate with guests by phone, email, and messaging.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest questions.
- Prepare and verify reservation details and guest documentation.
- Track payments, deadlines, and operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate records within reservation and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact the guest experience.
- Assist with administrative projects and process improvements.

Preferred experience: Administrative, hospitality, travel, tourism, or customer service experience is a plus.

Schedule
This is a hybrid, part-time position averaging approximately 30 hours per week.
In-office:
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Williamsburg, VA
The remaining hours may be worked remotely with a flexible schedule based on business needs.
While the position is primarily weekday hours, occasional weekend availability will be required as the role evolves. Weekend coverage will be shared through a rotating team schedule.

Compensation
Performance reviews after 90 days with opportunities for merit increases as the company and position continues to grow.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
