Richard Health Systems is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides/Certified Nurse Assistants/State Tested Nurse Assistants. As a HHA/CNA/STNA, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
- Experience in senior care or related field is preferred
- Ability to lift and move patients with care and compassion
- Familiarity with medical documentation and HIPAA regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide patient-centered care
