The Cleveland Wellness House is looking for a warm, polished, and highly organized Front Desk / Guest Experience team member to join our growing wellness house.
Our front desk team is an essential part of the Cleveland Wellness House experience. This role is about much more than answering phones and checking guests in, you’ll help create the first and last impression of our space and play an important role in making every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and taken care of from the moment they walk through our doors.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in the details, and understands the difference exceptional hospitality can make in a guest’s experience.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming and checking in guests
- Managing appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations
- Answering phones, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner
- Processing payments and checking guests out
- Clearly communicating service information, policies, and recommendations
- Helping guests select appropriate services when needed
- Supporting practitioners throughout the guest experience
- Maintaining a beautiful, organized, and welcoming reception and common area
- Assisting guests with retail product selections and recommendations
- Maintaining retail displays and assisting with inventory as needed
- Communicating schedule changes and important guest information with practitioners
- Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational needs
- Helping maintain a calm, organized flow throughout the Wellness House
- Creating a warm, polished, hospitality-focused environment from arrival through departure
Retail Commission Opportunity
In addition to their regular compensation, Front Desk / Guest Experience team members will have the opportunity to earn commission on eligible retail product sales.
We want our front desk team to become knowledgeable about the thoughtfully selected products we carry so they can confidently educate guests, make personalized recommendations, and help them continue their wellness experience at home.
