Job Overview:
The primary goal of the doughnut server is to provide the highest quality experience for each and every one of our guests by serving high-quality doughnuts & coffee.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Welcome all guests with enthusiasm and positivity
- Provide tasting samples to guests
- Efficiently take customer orders, box them accurately according to Daylight standards and close out your interaction with a thank you
- Take drink orders for the Barista to make and include the guest's name
- Complete the guests experience by accurately taking payment and closing with a thank you
- Restock condiment stations, boxes, and paper products
- Address all customer questions and needs positively and effectively
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of all areas accessible to guests
- Accurately describe all of our products to guests
- Maintain a welcoming and friendly work environment for all guests and teammates
- Support BOH Team by keeping the display racks full
- Communicate effectively with your teammates to promote safety and to achieve our mission of serving fresh doughnuts
- Follow Health Code Standards & Procedures
- Follow Safety Standards & Procedures
- Attend scheduled team meetings
