WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You will meet homeowners face-to-face, build trust, and introduce them to fiber internet solutions that can deliver faster speeds and better value. This is a professional travel sales role where you will:
Meet with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods during organized 10-day sales blitzes
Educate customers on fiber internet options and answer questions honestly
Guide interested customers through the enrollment process with confidence and professionalism
Train alongside experienced sales leaders while improving your communication, presentation, and closing skills
Every conversation builds confidence, experience, and earning potential.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
You will earn hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission, with a clear path for high performers to grow into leadership.
First 10-Day Blitz: Minimum $500 guaranteed upon successful completion, plus performance-based earnings
Scout: Top performers have the opportunity to earn approximately $137,000+ annually
Legionnaire: Consistent high performers can earn approximately $213,000+ annually
Captain: High-level producers can earn approximately $263,000+ annually through personal production and team leadership opportunities
Same-day cash bonuses may be available when daily goals are achieved early.
