Dr. Andrews Plastic Surgery is seeking a compassionate, motivated Registered Nurse to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a board-certified plastic surgeon in both our AAAHC-accredited ambulatory surgery center and outpatient clinic.

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Assist with in-office procedures and patient treatments
- Circulate and assist in the ambulatory surgery center (experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate)
- Perform patient assessments, medication administration, injections, IV starts, and documentation
- Educate patients throughout their surgical journey, including recovery and post-operative care
- Collaborate closely with the surgeon and clinical team to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
- Help create a warm, welcoming, and personalized patient experience
Qualifications
- Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license
- ACLS certification preferred
- Previous surgical, perioperative, PACU, OR, ICU, ER, or clinic experience preferred
- OR circulator experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail
- Passion for aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, and patient care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
