Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritious meals to our residents and ensuring their dietary needs are met. If you have a passion for food service and helping others, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Prepare dining room tables for meals, by setting tables with utensils, napkins, gasses, etc.
- Wash dishes at the completion of each meal
- Clear tables of soiled dishes after each meal
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Aide the cook with duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety practices and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working independently
Works Schedule:
3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Part-time, 2-3 days a week includes every other weekend. Weekend shifts may also be 7:30a-1:30p
