Pool Managers are responsible for the overall operation, safety, and leadership of the facility. This role includes supervising and evaluating subordinate positions, ensuring all facility operations are to standard and operating, and maintaining compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards. Pool Managers lead in-services and staff meetings, oversee daily administrative paperwork, and serve as the primary point of contact for staff, patrons, and company leadership.
Pool Managers are expected to model professionalism, enforce rules consistently, and create a positive, accountable team culture through coaching, mentorship, and corrective action when necessary. Delivering excellent customer service is essential to ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-run facility. As the highest-ranking on-site leader, Pool Managers are ultimately responsible for decision-making, problem-solving, and facility operations during all assigned shifts.
