Pay Range: $38-$55/hr
Physical Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent Physical Therapist
- Schedule: Day Shift
- Setting: Outpatient
- $10,000 Signing Bonus
- Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis

Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- Completion of a DPT from an accredited program required
- Physical Therapist must have or be eligible for a license to practice in the state of WI
- CPR/BLS certification
