Positions Available - 2 Advanced Esthetician & Esthetician in Training
1. Advanced Clinical Esthetician (Experienced)
We are seeking an Advanced Clinical Esthetician who possesses an elite clinical mindset, deep technical competence, and an unwavering commitment to professional consistency. In this role, you will act as a true skin clinician—analyzing cellular skin health, executing advanced multi-modality treatment plans, and delivering predictable, high-level results under established clinical protocols.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive, data-driven skin health assessments, identifying structural concerns and mapping out long-term cellular optimization plans.
- Advanced Modality Execution: Perform advanced non-invasive dermal treatments, including holistic lasers, electroporation, advanced skin tightening, and multi-modality clinical protocols with absolute precision.
- Protocol Adherence: Maintain flawless compliance with clinic SOPs, sanitation standards, and treatment guidelines.
- Client Education & Retention: Educate clients on biological mechanisms, post-care, and functional home-care regimens to maximize clinical efficacy.
- Seamless Operations: Utilize our clinic management and scheduling platform for precise charting, notes, and seamless client coordination.
- Requirements:
- Active Michigan Esthetician License.
- 2–3 years of experience in a clinical medspa, dermatology practice, or plastic surgery center operating advanced aesthetic devices.
- Deep working knowledge of cellular skin health, wound healing phases, dermal layers, and active ingredients.
- High emotional intelligence, flawless punctuality, and a structured approach to daily workflow.
2. Esthetician-in-Training / Spa Coordinator (3–6 Month Program)
This position is a structured 3 to 6-month hands-on training program designed for newly licensed estheticians with little to no experience outside of school, or candidates transitioning into clinical skincare.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform foundational esthetic facial treatments, including skin rejuvenation, acne protocols, and hydration treatments under supervision.
- Support the Spa Director, maintain client treatment plans, and assist with clinical assessments.
- Oversee front desk, reception, administration, and medical care coordination.
- Drive retail sales, consult clients, and recommend appropriate product packages and upsells.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and sanitized clinical environment.
- Requirements:
- Active Michigan Esthetician License (or actively in-progress).
- At least 2 years of work experience in Customer Service, Healthcare, Front Desk, Administration, or Care Coordination.
- A 2-year or 4-year college degree is helpful.
- Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and strict compliance with HIPAA and clinical protocols.
