Assistant Manager – Dipsticle Artisan Gelato Café
Dipsticle is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our team! We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Manager will help oversee daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure every guest has a great experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the café
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Train and coach new employees on company standards and procedures
- Handle cash, process transactions, and assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store
- Monitor product quality, inventory, and supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable leading a team while also working alongside them
- Cash handling experience required
Availability:
Applicants should have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional off-site events and caterings.
Store Hours:
- Monday: Closed
- Tuesday–Thursday: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Friday–Saturday: 11:00 AM–10:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
