ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mopping, sweeping, buffing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets

Clubhouse cleaning up and set up

Common area and amenity cleaning (meeting areas, kitchen, exercise rooms, baths, etc.)

Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.

Routine grounds cleaning, trash and recycling cleaning, dog stations, tot lots, etc.

Lighting Inspections & re-lamping light fixtures
