JOB DUTIES:
- Daily Merchandise Receipt / Return if any
- Daily Accounts Payable
- Daily Invoice / Physical Inventory Adjustment
- Weekly Cash Receipt / Cash Payment
- Weekly A/R Aging overdue payment collection
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly G/L closing
- Quarterly payroll tax / FUTA / SUTA / Sales tax
- Annual Federal / Franchise / Income Tax Return
- Files management and records update
- Logistics assist including UPS/FEDEX/LTL freight/shipping
- Customer/Vendor Credit Applications
- Purchasing - review purchase orders
- Misc. office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- US citizenship is a must
- 4-year College Accounting degree
- 1-2 years experiences in Manufacturing or Distribution industry
- 2 years experiences in Accounting / ERP software
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Microsoft Excel, Words, Access skills
- Accuracy and organization proven capability
- Good communication skills, detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking, good with numbers, analytical and logical mind
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
