Description:
The all-new Dial Auto Group is seeking an individual to lead and grow our Chevrolet Parts Department. The primary responsibilities of the Parts Manager are as follows:

Inventory Management. Manage stocking levels and control obsolescence. Accurately source and order parts in a timely manner.

Human Resources/Leadership. Supervise parts staff including hiring, training, motivating and scheduling.

Revenue Growth. Consistently looking for incremental opportunities to grow revenue.

Expense Management. Manage the parts department budget and accurately handle vendor billing and credits.

Program Management. Work with OEM partners to administer manufacturer programs and incentives.

Customer Service. Create an environment which consistently focuses on customer needs.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of OEM Parts Department experience

1-2 years experience in a supervisory or management role.

GM and Tekion experience preferred but not required.

Exceptional organizational. negotiation and communication skill.
