Experienced Order Selector | Earn up to $22.50/hour
Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | 1:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Occasional overtime during summer and holidays

Base Pay (based on experience):
- $19.50/hour – 6+ years warehouse or beverage experience
- $18.50/hour – 3–5 years experience
Additional Incentives:
- +$1.00/hour Perfect Attendance
- +$1.00/hour Volume Picking
- +$1.00/hour Healthcare Opt-Out
Total potential pay: Up to $22.50/hour

What You’ll Do
- Operate walkie rider pallet jack throughout the warehouse
- Accurately pick and build beverage orders using pick sheets or RF systems
- Lift, move, and stack cases and kegs (50–100+ lbs) from various heights
- Stage, wrap, and prepare orders for the next day’s delivery routes
- Verify product accuracy and inspect for damage
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization
This is a physical, fast-paced role where accuracy, teamwork, and accountability matter.
This Job Isn’t for You If
- You’re looking for entry-level or light-duty warehouse work
- You prefer a slow-paced environment with minimal oversight
- You struggle with attendance, accuracy, or productivity standards
- You are looking for a forklift operator role only
- You are not comfortable working evening shifts, including Sundays
- Safety and efficiency are of low importance
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse order selecting experience required
- Beverage or foodservice experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 50–100+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
