Sharp Home Care is seeking reliable Personal Care Assistants and Caregivers to support seniors and adults throughout Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and surrounding Cobb County communities.
We offer a variety of scheduling options to accommodate different availability, including daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments. Schedules and hours are determined by client care needs and placement opportunities.
Compensation:
$15.00–$18.50 per hour, depending on experience, availability, and client assignment.

Primary Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care and daily routines
- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Follow established care instructions and complete required documentation
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and care team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, healthcare, senior living, or related fields
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
