Manage raw materials such as wafers, paste, and screens to improve the production cost of solar cell processes.
-
Implement an intelligent production system to increase labor efficiency and improve quality management.
-
Optimize process automation and logistics sequence of production input from bare wafer to final cell output.
2. Procedure Management
-
Document standard operating procedure of production operation.
-
Ensure standard procedures are followed on-site for production safety and quality purposes.
-
Reform and revise OCAP (Out-of-Control Action Plan) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) as necessary.
4. Production Management
-
Establish a production management system from environmental and quality perspectives.
-
Optimize production conditions in terms of manpower, equipment, and materials.
-
Confirm data accuracy of production yield, output, quality, and raw materials in stock.
-
Conduct a control action plan for production quality.
5. Production Planning
-
Establish a production plan based on past performance.
-
Manage production and material data on MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
-
Confirm data accuracy of production order and production quantity.
-
Align schedules of preventive maintenance and production testing according to production line status.
6. Production Improvement
-
Investigate and improve issues related to production process, quality, and costs.
-
Regulate the operators' standard training and operations and apply on-site suggestions.
-
Analyze production costs and labor expenses to increase manpower and resource efficiency.
