Qualifications:
- Active Illinois SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in school-based settings, especially with elementary and middle school populations, preferred
- Willingness and ability to work onsite full-time (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours/week)
- Quick adaptability, strong communication skills, and a student-centered mindset
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in elementary and middle school
- Develop and implement effective IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed
- Communicate regularly with families, staff, and administrators
- Ensure documentation meets school and legal requirements
