About the Opportunity:

Do you have Solar Sales Door-to-Door experience? We are hiring those who can command a doorstep, navigate complex utility structures, and build massive upfront value? This role is strictly for those in solar Door-2-Door (or anyone with extensive Door-2-Door Experience with another product); who knows the industry and can execute a clean, tight process.

When you build the fire and set a qualified appointment, you can trust a high percentage will close and install.
LGCY Power is #2 Solar Installer in the USA; provides homeowners with 25 year Roof Penetration Warranty; and has optionality by being able to use multiple solar finance companies for PPA, Lease, Loan, Prepaid, & Cash Programs, to ensure homeowners get the best savings all while sales reps get the highest industry commissions. Very Important to know; that LGCY Install Commissions in Southern California; are 20% to 30% Higher than the #1 Solar Installer in USA (SR).
Choose Between 2 Setter Pay Structure Options:
Option1:_ No Sit Pay / Higher Install %:_
- Install Commission % (40% Setter)
- Site Survey Next Week Pay: $500–$750 per Site Survey (no clawbacks)
- Appt Sit Pay: N/A
- Monthly Bonus: 11 Appt Sits; earn $500 Bonus
Option 2: Tier Based Sit Pay / Lower Install % (Monthly Reset):
- Tier 1: 4–7 sits/mo: $100/Sit + ($500 to $750) Site Survey Pay + 15% Install %
- Tier 2: 8–10 sits/mo: $125/Sit + ($500 to $750) Site Survey Pay + 20% Install %
- Tier 3: 11+ sits/mo: $150/Sit + ($500 to $750) Site Survey Pay + 25% Install %
Tier 3 Bonus: Hitting Tier 3 in a month unlocks a $500 Cash Bonus
Note: Site Survey Pay ($500 to $750) is Paid the Next Wed after Site Survey Completion
Note: Sit Pay is paid every Wed regardless if the Account Closes or Not (closer must sit with homeowner)
