WokXville is looking for energetic, guest-focused team members who love great food and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bowl Builder Team Member, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by preparing fresh ingredients, building custom stir-fry bowls, maintaining food quality standards, and delivering outstanding hospitality.
At WokXville, every bowl is made to order, and every guest creates a unique meal. We take pride in serving fresh ingredients, chef-driven flavors, and a fully gluten-free menu. Whether you're preparing ingredients, cooking on the line, or helping guests build the perfect bowl, your work directly impacts the experience we provide.
This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn multiple stations and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook made-to-order stir-fry bowls according to company standards
- Assist guests with building their custom bowls and selecting ingredients
- Prepare fresh ingredients, including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and garnishes
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards on every order
- Follow all recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety procedures
- Ensure workstations remain clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
- Complete prep, cleaning, and closing checklists accurately and on time
- Monitor product quality and communicate inventory needs to management
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide fast and friendly service
- Maintain a positive attitude and create a welcoming experience for every guest
- Support other concepts as business needs require
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow recipes and standardized procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
