Duties
- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials within the manufacturing area
- Operate basic tools and equipment following safety standards and manufacturer instructions
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely to transport raw materials or finished goods as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces to uphold GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times to ensure personal and team safety
- Support quality control by inspecting products for defects or inconsistencies during production stages
- Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic machinery and tools used in manufacturing environments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout shift hours
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and hazard awareness
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards in manufacturing processes
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to assisting colleagues and supervisors
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work efficiently under supervision
- Physical stamina and endurance to sustain active work routines for extended periods
