Job Summary
We're a startup trucking company preparing to operate under our own authority, and we're looking for an experienced trucking operations professional to help us build the company the right way from day one.
This position is ideal for someone who has spent years managing the back office of a trucking company and is now retired or semi-retired but would enjoy staying involved in the industry on a flexible, part-time basis. If you've accumulated decades of knowledge in trucking operations, safety, compliance, and administration, we'd love the opportunity to benefit from your experience.
You'll work directly with the owner to establish the systems, processes, and operational foundation needed to grow from a single truck into a larger fleet. Your knowledge and guidance will play a key role in helping us build a compliant, efficient, and successful transportation company.
We offer a fully remote, flexible schedule of approximately 10–15 hours per week, competitive hourly pay based on experience, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact without the demands of a full-time position. If you're looking for rewarding part-time work where your experience will truly be valued, we'd love to hear from you.
