This position is a full-time hourly position working 40 hours per week and may include some evening and weekend hours.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Repair and perform maintenance on all equipment

Report, maintain and preventative procedures for swimming pool including pumps, filters, motors, plumbing and chemical balancing

Maintain exterior grounds including grass cutting, shrubs and snow removal

Electrical & Lighting—preventative maintenance, maintain, repair or replace lighting as needed

Maintain HVAC systems though filter changes, coil cleaning, and preventive maintenance

Conduct schedule preventative maintenance on association assets as required
Ability to use a computerized maintenance ticket software system

Two years of education in a related field and / or 3+ years’ experience in a related field

Experience in an carpentry, aquatic facility or pool operations is preferred

Technical skills in the areas of electrical, controls, pneumatics, plumbing, HVAC and boiler operations
