Join our coaching team in Cincinnati, OH, and become a Coerver Soccer Trainer! You'll deliver engaging and effective "Coerver" soccer training sessions, focusing on individual ball mastery, 1v1 moves, game intelligence, that transfers to match play while changing lives!
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Enthusiastic to coach soccer and help develop players unique qualities.
- Willingness to learn the Coerver Teaching Method, used in over 50 countries.
- Excellent communicators and motivators, able to connect with young athletes.
- Reliable, organized, and committed to creating a positive learning experience.
- Available to train on week day evenings between 5-8 pm.
- Possess experience coaching grassroots club level players ages 6-14.
- Enjoy teaching technical skills and nuances of soccer.
- Ideal candidate has high school, college or professional playing experience to conduct demonstration skills so players can see it.
Responsibilities
- Receive online and in person training to learn and use Coerver® curriculum to enhance soccer skills and techniques for players ages 6-16 with Team training, camps and programs.
- Conduct engaging practice sessions that focus on individual ball mastery, receiving & passing, 1v1 moves attack & defense, speed, finishing and group play as well as teamwork as it relates to tactics as well as overall physical and mental fitness.
- Monitor and assess individual progress, providing constructive feedback to players.
- Ensure a safe training environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages sportsmanship and personal growth.
- Collaborate with coaches, club leaders as well as parents and guardians to support players' development and address any concerns.
